Welcome to PMzone Ltd.'s project management online simulation board game (the "Game"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Game and any related services provided by PMzone Ltd. ("PMzone," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Game.

  1. Purpose of the Game
  1. The Game is designed to teach and provide hands-on practice in project management skills. It serves as an educational tool to enhance your understanding and application of project management principles.
  1. Definitions
  1. User: Any individual or organization that accesses or uses the Game.
  2. Account: The profile created by PMzone for the User using their name and email address.
  3. Content: All text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, information, or other materials available through the Game.
  1. Eligibility

There is no age limit to use the Game. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

  1. Account Registration
  1. PMzone will create an Account for you using your name and email address provided to us.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.
  3. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account.
  1. User Conduct

By using the Game, you agree not to:

  1. Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  2. Use the Game for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  3. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Game.
  4. Upload or transmit any viruses or malicious code.
  5. Harass, threaten, or defame any individual or entity.
  1. Intellectual Property
  1. All Content in the Game is owned by PMzone or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Game for personal or organizational educational purposes.
  3. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Content without our express written permission.
  1. Access and Use of the Game
  1. The Game is a web-based service that does not require downloading or installation. It can be accessed via a compatible web browser.
  2. Private Access: Individual Users can purchase private access to the Game. Access is granted for a set period during which you can play as many times as you wish.
  3. Group Access: Organizations or academic institutions can purchase group access through our Train-the-Trainer program, which trains their project management professionals to integrate the Game into their training programs.
  1. Training and Support

Training and support will be provided through a combination of live virtual sessions, detailed user guides, and ongoing email support to ensure you have the necessary resources to effectively use the Game.

  1. Payments and Refunds
  1. Fees for accessing the Game are required as specified at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  2. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  3. Payment terms for group access and the Train-the-Trainer program will be outlined in separate agreements.
  1. Data Collection and Privacy
  1. We collect only your name and email address for login and identification purposes.
  2. Your data is stored on a secure remote server located in the EU territory and is not hosted in the cloud.
  3. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.
  4. You may request the deletion of your personal data and Account at any time by contacting us at info@pmzone.co.il.
  1. Scores and Progress Measurement
  1. The Game provides a score at the end of each session, calculated based on PMzone's proprietary algorithm.
  2. The score is intended solely as a measure of your progress and educational development in project management skills.
  3. PMzone makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the score as a reflection of your project management abilities.
  1. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. PMzone disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  1. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PMzone be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Game.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PMzone, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your use of the Game or violation of these Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Game signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
